Does electronic gadget harm our eyes?
Nowadays healthy eyes and a good eyesight has became a main concern for many people and many children's parents. Having a good eyesight is a necessity for working routine or basically everything. But many people believe that regular or continuous use of devices like smartphones, computers and other appliances with screen with high contrast is a threat to our eyes. Its a big question. Many articles show that its true that these devices harms our eyes but some result that it gives strains to our eyes. We are not here to consider what is right or what is wrong. We are here to know if continuous use of these devices impacts bad for eyes. So how can we avoid that?

When we use device like mobile phone etc. Our eyes gets in contact with the light rays of the mobile phone. These light rays or the light of your phone's background is controlled through the contrast. When the user sets the contrast too high the light rays becomes a bit harsh. Because of these strains you can find yourself suffering with headaches, blurred vision and tired eyes etc. And there are chances that these symptoms will effect your eyesight.
