One day someone asked me that what does health hygiene and fitness means. I know many people will say thats a wired thing means who dont know what is health hygiene and fitness mean? Yeah you can say that but i am here to tell you some terms and explain you more deeply about health hygiene and your fitness.
HEALTH HYGIENE: so health hygiene means to practies done for a good health and the precautions which are taken to preserve your health from the bacterias,germs,infection,virus and other things. Health Hygiene is a very important term for your body because it take cares of your body and keep you fit. It also avoids the germs,bacteria etc present in the environment you are livin in. You can mantain a better Health Hygiene by practicing these precautions espiacially in the time of Covid-19. Wash your hands reguraly for around 40 seconds, mantain some distance from the person who is sick, cover your mouth while sneezing and coughing, use hand sanitizers and always wear masks.
FITNESS: Basically fitness is the term of good health and well being, more speciaficlly the abillity to perform vaious sports,exercises and other activities fitness is the key for other things like flexibility, better posture etc. Fitness is also important as much as health hygiene. Your fitness decides how your body will be fit or obessse. You can be fit by doing fitness exercises, eating a nutritious diet and having a good rest.
